1. Marketplace
BigTruckPage.com ("BTP") operates a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of heavy-duty truck parts, trucks, trailers, and freight services. BTP is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers except when acting as a direct seller of its own inventory.
2. Accounts
You must be 18+ and a US-based business or individual to sell on BTP. Sellers must complete Stripe Connect Express onboarding, including tax verification, before receiving payouts.
3. Listings
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and condition of items they list. Prohibited listings include stolen parts, salvage titles not disclosed, safety recall parts without disclosure, and any items in violation of DOT / EPA regulations.
4. Fees
BTP charges a 3-5% platform fee on completed transactions, plus Stripe's processing fee. Subscription plans (Pro, Enterprise) are billed monthly and may be canceled at any time with effect at the end of the billing period.
5. Disputes
Buyers and sellers agree to first attempt resolution through the BTP Messages inbox. Disputes that cannot be resolved will follow Stripe's dispute resolution and, if needed, binding arbitration under the laws of the State of Texas.
6. Limitation of Liability
BTP's total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the fees paid to BTP in the 12 months preceding the claim.
