How do I post a part or truck for sale?

Sign in and open Dashboard > Post an Ad. The five-step form covers category, details, photos, review, and publish. Save a draft at any step and return later. Basic is pay-as-you-list (parts and services from $20, trucks from $75 for seven days). Pro ($249/mo) and Enterprise ($499/mo) keep listings live while subscribed.

How are payments handled?

Sellers complete Stripe Connect Express onboarding. Buyers can pay online with Stripe (direct charge to the seller's connected account) or choose to discuss payment with the seller. BigTruckPage takes zero commission on marketplace sales. Buyers pay the listed price through Stripe; card processing fees apply on the seller's Stripe Connect payout (~2.9% + $0.30).

Can I export listings to eBay?

eBay export is included on Enterprise (and Premium). Connect your eBay account via OAuth from the listing dashboard.

How do shipping and freight work?

At checkout buyers choose pickup or delivery and provide a shipping address when needed. Sellers coordinate freight, LTL, or local pickup with the buyer.

What is the QR sticker for?

Printable 2" × 3" QR stickers are included on Enterprise and Premium plans. Each sticker links to the public listing URL so yard staff and buyers can open the ad from a shelf or core tag.

Is there a mobile app?

The web app is mobile-first and can be installed to your home screen as a PWA. Native iOS and Android apps are on the roadmap.

How does moderation work?

New and updated listings go through automated checks and a moderation queue. Suspicious or policy-flagged listings are held for manual review before they appear in the catalog.

How do I contact a seller?

Open any listing and use Contact Seller. Messages appear in Dashboard > Messages with real-time updates for both parties.
